Happy Spring! Well, I know it’s technically been spring for a little while now, but where I live, it’s just now starting to feel like it. My husband and I sat outside on our front porch yesterday with drinks in hand, taking in the warm breeze and sunshine. It was so nice.
Things have been very busy lately. My yoga training is in full swing and I’ve been traveling every other weekend to Cincinnati to attend classes. It’s been an amazing experience so far!
A few weeks ago, I was contacted by a representative for Nasoya to try out the brand’s newly revamped line of Nayonaise. I received the original Nayonaise and the Nayo Whipped. I’m planning on incorporating them into some of my recipes and will provide an in-depth review this week.
Also, I received a new cookbook this week. My husband surprised me with “Betty Goes Vegan” by Dan Shannon and Annie Shannon. I can’t wait to try out a few recipes.
The warmer temperatures and longer days have inspired me to get back into the kitchen again and to start blogging more frequently. I hope to have some more posts up soon. I hope you all are well!
