Thanks for sharing. Still trying to find one that my kids and I agree on… I’ll have to give this a whirl.
It’s really easy and really flavorful. I do recommend giving it a whirl in a food processor or blender to make it really smooth; otherwise, you’ll see a few strings from the sweet potatoes, which might not sit well with the kids.
I love Mac and Cheese! I never tried it with sweet potato. Will give it a try.
