Vegan Weekly Roundup: Vegan Meringue, Edible Walls and Food Photography

This week has been off to a slow, but delightfully uneventful start. This week, I’ve got plans to make an eggplant curry stew in the crockpot, as well as tomato soup and grilled cheese.
